Project Management & Design:
Concept & Objective
Casa OS is a villa that perfectly combines contemporary aesthetics with local tradition. The choice of materials, such as Ragusa's Pietra Pece, has created a unique and refined environment that reflects the owners' passion for art.
In a residential area of Vittoria, in the province of Ragusa, there is a private villa that stands out for its simple, linear, museum-inspired design. The villa was designed by the architects of AinP Studio for a client with a passion for art.
The building spans two floors with a total surface area of approximately 300 square meters. The ground floor contains the main representative rooms, including the entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, and living room. The upper floor is dedicated to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The main feature of the villa is the use of Ragusa Pietra Pece, a typical material of the area that gives the building an elegant and refine look. The building spans two floors, with a total surface area of approximately 300 square meters. The ground floor features the main representative rooms, including the entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, and living room, while the upper floor is dedicated to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The floors throughout the house are made of Pietra Pece honed on site, while the bathroom walls and sinks are made entirely of Pietra Pece from a single block, with a customised design.
